THE TRUE SUMMIT, filmed in 2022 on the 100th anniversary of George Mallory’s first summit attempt at Everest, juxtaposes the journey through Kevin DeVries’ story to explore trauma's role in high-altitude living and climbing where nothing heals in thin air.
